Our Business Model

WANAMAKER RESTORATION works on a cost plus basis. This business model has many benefits for both the contractor and the owner. By billing for all direct costs, labor and materials, plus a 22% fee for profit and overhead we can focus on providing our clients with the highest quality workmanship for a fair price and also continue to operate and grow our business.

Once a scope of work is agreed and an “Agreement Between Owner and Contractor” is signed, we then require a 20% deposit prior to start of work. We bill every two weeks for work completed with payment due upon receipt of invoice. A portion of the deposit is deducted from each invoice reflecting a balance of this retainer throughout the project until no monies are due.

You as the client will receive copies of all receipts related to your project and paid by us, the contractor, at the time of each billing.
